Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. In this role, you will help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across the organization.

What You'll Do- Review and verify medication orders to ensure safe, accurate, and appropriate drug therapy
- Support hospital pharmacy operations, including medication distribution and dispensing processes
- Verify IV room products and sterile compounding activities in accordance with established standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care
- Utilize pharmacy technology systems to improve efficiency, safety, and workflow effectiveness
- Identify and resolve medication-related concerns while promoting best practices in medication management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental process improvement efforts
- Serve on hospital committees and contribute to system-wide initiatives when appropriate
- Support pharmacy students and learners through precepting and educational activities
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and organizational policies
What We're Looking For- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in Indiana and Kentucky
- Ability to obtain required licensure within 45 days of employment
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to patient safety, quality, and service excellence
Preferred:- Previous hospital pharmacy experience
