Job Subfunction: Marketing Consulting
Job Description:Credera is seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice. You will lead delivery teams, own day-to-day client engagements, and ensure the quality and cohesion of solutions while balancing strategic guidance with hands-on problem-solving.
The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset and expertise in program management, stakeholder alignment, and MarTech and marketing operations strategy. They can create structure in ambiguous environments, develop teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to practice growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement Leadership and Client Ownership
- Own client engagement outcomes, including delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management.
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with client leaders and identify opportunities to deepen the partnership.
Solution Strategy and Design
- Define and oversee the engagement strategy, framework, and solution architecture.
- Design end-to-end marketing programs, MarTech strategies, operating models, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and the client's marketing maturity.
- Ensure functional and technical workstreams integrate into a cohesive solution.
Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants by setting clear expectations, delegating effectively, and providing regular feedback.
- Partner with practice leadership on staffing and resourcing needs.
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
Practice and Business Development
- Shape proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, and client pursuits.
- Identify account expansion opportunities and help develop new offerings, particularly where marketing, customer data, and trust or privacy intersect.
- Strengthen the practice through reusable assets, methodologies, thought leadership, recruiting, and community initiatives.
Skills & QualificationsProfessional Background
- 6-10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years of progressive experience in product leadership, marketing technology, technology sales, or operations, with exposure to marketing, customer engagement, loyalty, or digital commerce.
- Demonstrated success leading client engagements from concept through execution with accountability for outcomes.
- Experience building and developing cross-functional teams in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.
- Preferred: Experience in regulated or trust-sensitive domains, such as security, identity, payments, data privacy, or compliance.
Functional MarTech Expertise
- Expertise designing customer-facing strategies, programs, and operating processes across marketing, loyalty, commerce, or digital products.
- Ability to translate business strategy into operating model recommendations, capability roadmaps, and outcome-based plans.
- Understanding of MarTech and customer data ecosystems, including identity, data governance, privacy, and integration, or a demonstrated ability to build expertise quickly in a new technology landscape.

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. You'll collaborate with your project team to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection, delivering outstanding results for our clients. The Why: In-person engagement is essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. It fosters trust, encourages learning, and helps us grow as consultants and professionals.
Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%-30%. We take a personal approach to travel by considering your submitted preferences when assigning roles.
$130,000 - $170,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
