Leveraging Microsoft Fabric, analytics engineering, and business intelligence capabilities, the role enables data-driven decision-making through trusted data models, KPI frameworks, and actionable insights. The position partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to modernize analytics capabilities, improve data governance, and deliver measurable business value.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Marketing Analytics roles.
- Proven experience designing scalable analytical solutions that support enterprise decision-making.
Analytics Engineering & Data Platform Expertise- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data modeling, transformation, optimization, and advanced analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade analytics engineering frameworks, including data models, reusable metrics, and reporting layers.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, semantic modeling, and best practices.
- Experience developing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable data delivery.
Business Intelligence & Visualization- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and compelling visual storytelling.
Advanced Analytics- Experience performing customer segmentation, predictive analytics, trend analysis, forecasting, and marketing performance measurement.
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and performance attribution methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytical modeling.
- Experience leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities within Microsoft Fabric or Azure ecosystems to drive business insights.
Data Architecture & Cloud Technologies- Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data architectures.
- Understanding of medallion architecture, data lake concepts, and enterprise-scale analytical environments.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks is considered an asset.
- Experience implementing scalable, governed, and reusable data products that support cross-functional business needs.
Business & Leadership Skills- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation through strong stakeholder engagement.
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales, and senior leadership teams to define metrics and measurement strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
Additional Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification or equivalent.
- Experience implementing enterprise analytics modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and analytics engineering best practices.
- Experience establishing standardized KPI frameworks and governed business metrics across large organizations.
