As the Learning Technology & Operations Manager, you'll make a meaningful impact by helping to strengthen and evolve our core learning systems (LMS/LXP), ensuring system standards, integrations, and system operational processes deliver an exceptional colleague experience while supporting firm-wide business priorities.
As a Manager, Learning Systems your responsibilities will include:
• Use your coaching mindset to inspire, lead, and develop a high performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and adherence to learning operations standards.
• Ensure the L&D team is equipped with deep expertise of our core learning systems to consistently deliver a seamless digital learning experience.
• Contribute to and maintain a multi year roadmap for our core learning systems that's aligned with the L&D strategy, best practices, operational standards, and firm wide strategic priorities.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on our core learning systems, leading and/or supporting initiatives that drive system adoption and continuous process improvement.
• Leverage learning analytics, system data, and user feedback to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide platform enhancement decisions.
• Continuously optimize system workflows, automation, and configurations based on approved requirements, leveraging a strong process improvement mindset to enhance productivity and the user experience.
• Lead approved system enhancements, feature deployments, configurations, and upgrades in alignment with best learning practices and an optimal learner experience.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure learning system data is secure, stable, scalable, and governed through effective data governance practices.
• Evolve and maintain operational governance and standards via system data structures, templates, workflows, and processes.
• Take on or contribute to additional learning and development tasks and projects as assigned.

• Completed post-secondary education, professional certification or equivalent experience in training and development / instructional design, project management, or process design.
• 3+ years' experience in a learning technology administration/leadership role, with a solid working knowledge and experience with learning technology including (but not limited to) Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms, SSO, CSS including how systems can be integrated or configured to communicate with each other.
• 2+ years' experience as a people manager (asset).
• Additional certifications/experience in Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies would be an asset.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of various learning content authoring tools and modalities and how these inform and enhance a learning strategy i.e. ILT, e-Learning, videos, podcasts and documents, observational assessment tools, forums, online learning plans and pathways etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firm.
• Background in/knowledge of accounting practices or experience working in a professional services environment would be beneficial.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors-your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
