What you will do
Work in a dynamic and cross-functional team, with an understanding of operating in an infrastructure delivery, operations, and management context
Lead advisory engagements including but not limited to:
Multi-criteria analysis of infrastructure solutions for public sector and arms-length entities
Business case development (including economic and financial analysis)
Economic impact assessments
Strategic planning and organizational transformation
Prepare concise and insight-generating materials, and lead working sessions and workshops with client teams on nuanced and complex topics related to corporate governance, benefits realization, and strategic direction of an organization
Synthesize complex and sometimes-contradicting interests and inputs from interested parties into executable options or pathways forward
Ability to quickly identify and articulate client team priorities, and integrate these throughout a planned scope of work
Bring cross-functional and innovative solutions to clients
Manage project teams and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Experience in consulting or advisory roles, ideally within a similarly sized professional services firm in Canada or abroad is an asset
Familiarity with infrastructure, capital projects, or public sector transformation is an asset

The expected base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $131,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
