About:

Are you an experienced Change Management professional with Prospect to Cash (P2C) subject matter expertise and a passion for driving transformative experiences? Do you thrive in leading change across multiple workstreams and project phases? Are you also excited about leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate change, enable activation, and create more personalized and impactful experiences?

The Global P2C Change Strategy & Activation teamis seeking a Change Manager to join our P2C Delivery and Activation function. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional Delivery Domains Leaders, DET, Corporate Development, Strategy, and P2C business stakeholders across Salesforce to design and execute strategic change management initiatives. Our mission is to ensure technology solutions effectively address the evolving needs and pain points of Sellers and Operators-enhancing their experience, accelerating adoption, and enabling meaningful business outcomes.

As a Change Manager supporting Enterprise P2C Change Programs, you'll lead the people side of change across a diverse portfolio of organizational and technology initiatives. This includes understanding stakeholder and user needs, gathering and translating feedback into actionable insights, and continuously evolving change and activation approaches to increase engagement, adoption and sustainable transformation.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position is an individual contributor role and reports into the P2C Change Strategy & Activation team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management initiatives for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring smooth transitions, minimal user disruption, and effective adoption of both traditional and AI-powered solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into change impact assessments, incorporating AI-driven insights where applicable and oversee modifications to ensure proper change management control.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and persona groups, establishing clear communication channels to manage expectations, gather feedback, and highlight how AI-driven capabilities will enhance their workflows and processes.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that leverage AI insights to personalize communications, improve readiness, and maximize the return on investment of initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement by building strong relationships with key impacted persona groups, activating change champions, and aligning with senior leadership helping them understand the value of emerging AI capabilities and their role in sustained adoption.
  • Collaborate with PMO, DET and Business Stakeholders to integrate change management efforts into broader project plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support experience validation metrics, partnering with Change and Analytics teams to measure engagement, adoption, sentiment, and ROI leveraging AI-enhanced analytics where possible.
  • Identify themes and trends across qualitative and quantitative feedback, building dashboards and insights that drive continuous improvement across seller experience and adoption.
  • Provide regular updates on activity status to program leadership, collaborating to resolve risks and issues and ensure successful program progression.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • 8+ Experience driving project change workstreams and knowledge of P2C process areas and Agile project principles.
  • AI Fluency & Digital Curiosity: Demonstrates strong curiosity for emerging AI tools and the ability to apply them strategically across change management. Confidently leverages tools such as Claude, Gemini, Slack AI/Slackbot, and NotebookLM to accelerate change impact assessments, assess stakeholder and organizational readiness, synthesize feedback and insights, identify risks and trends, and inform targeted activation strategies. Brings a builder mindset, proactively experiments with new AI capabilities, and identifies opportunities to scale the speed, quality, and effectiveness of change.
  • Ability to multi-task across workstreams as needed and prioritize tasks based on defined program goals and achievements
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed organization
  • Change Management certification or equivalent experience (i.e., Prosci certified)
  • Analytical skills to drive insights from data and measure the impact of change and engagement programs at scale
