What You9ll DoAs a Finance Transformation Manager, you9ll lead workstreams that help clients improve financial operations, reporting, and decision-making. Your day-to-day may include:
- Advise CFOs and finance executives on transformation strategies and priorities.
- Lead transformation workstreams and develop roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Improve month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Build automation, analytics, and AI solutions to improve financial operations.
- Use Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, and SQL for insights.
- Support financial system selection, implementation, integration, and client technology adoption.
- Guide change management and coordinate implementation with third-party solution providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants throughout engagements.
What You9ll BringWe know great team members come from all kinds of backgrounds. Some things we typically look for:
- Hold a bachelor9s degree in accounting, finance, analytics, MIS, or related fields.
- Bring 5+ years of management consulting or finance leadership experience.
- Offer 3+ years advising or working with private equity-backed companies.
- Bring technical accounting or finance operations experience; CPA certification a plus.
- Apply working knowledge of US GAAP, audit practices, and operational finance.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrate familiarity with mid-market ERP, CPM, and governance platforms like BlackLine.
- Synthesize complex analytics into clear reports using data visualization tools.
- Demonstrate client advisory, project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
