“I can succeed as an Executive Office Manager at Capital Group.”

As a member of the Executive Office, the Manager will serve as a point of contact and strategic partner to a member(s) of Capital Group’s Management Committee.  They will help drive the strategy, and elevate the impact of, external and internal engagements across leaders, and they will work on enterprise-wide initiatives contributing to the firm’s Long Term Strategic Plan.  As a key member of a small, nimble team, they will help shape and grow the Executive Office’s remit and global responsibilities.  This role will be highly visible with Capital Group’s senior leadership.

  • You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, including 2 years within an Executive Office or adjacent team.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
