Work You'll Do Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field or related field and 5 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:
- Participating in and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Activate methodology;
- Working across phases of the SAP Activate methodology including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Best Practices;
- Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and third party applications in the client's landscape;
- Participating in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio and Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS) business process modelling;
- Working on quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including blueprinting, functional specifications, system configurations, test plans, test scripts, and user training materials, utilizing MS Office Suite, and OpenText Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
- Utilizing OpenText ALM to support and perform Unit, Integration, User Acceptance (UAT), and Regression testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
- Performing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Material Management (MM) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Atlassian Jira and OpenText ALM.
Other Annual Salary: $222,040.00 -$241,000.00
