Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Dallas, Texas.
Work You'll Do Coordinate software development, and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Guide day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and drive aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, supervise and assign work to programmers, and engineering or scientific personnel; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers by consulting on project status, proposals, or technical issues, and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Workbench, SAP Web Integration Development Environment (IDE), SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and Eclipse to manage software development and implementation services utilizing SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP S/4HANA, and BTP;
• Assessing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing Lucidchart, Microsoft (MS) Visio, Project, Excel, and SharePoint, SAP Analysis for Office (AO), SAP Business Accelerator Hub, and SAP Integration Content Management Cockpit; Responsibilities include managing teams in the identification of business requirements, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
• Tracking application defects, managing defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Cloud ALM (CALM), Atlassian Jira, Assure Services Desk, Cherwell, ValGenesis, MS Excel, and SharePoint;
• Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals or Chemical clients using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Planning full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP Solutions and building custom applications using SAP ABAP Workbench, Web IDE, BAS, BTP, SAP Reports and Object Repository;
• Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;
• Participating in business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions; and
• Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using SAP Business Data Toolset, ABAP Workbench, Web IDE, BAS, BTP, and Eclipse.
