Work You'll Do Manage information technology projects, including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:
- Working on and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions utilizing SAP S/4HANA;
- Working across phases of the SAP Activate methodology, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Best Practices, SAP Fiori, SAP Model Company, and Fit-to-Standard workshops;
- Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP applications in the client's landscape;
- Participating in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Signavio Process Manager;
- Participating in project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Microsoft (MS) Project, and ServiceNow;
- Working on quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ServiceNow, and SAP SolMan; and
- Performing SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Material Management (MM) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow.
