Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Dallas, Texas.

Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full information technology project software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, information technology project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
  • 50% Travel required nationally

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile methodology, Atlassian Jira, and Salesforce to lead information technology projects;
• Participating in discovery, implementation, testing, DevOps, and production support in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing Azure, Mural Dashboard, Microsoft (MS) excel, and PowerPoint;
• Developing and maintaining project schedule and deliverables for clients using MS Project;
• Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders' discussions, data, and trend analysis using Jira Dashboards;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Agile methodology, Continuous Integration (CI) Continuous Deployment (CD), Salesforce, and Git Repository;
• Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing Jira, Figma, MS Visual Studio Code (VS Code), and Visio;
• Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing CICD, Copado, and Git; and
• Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and overseeing the scope using change management processes, including Wiki Calendars, Confluence, Cutover plans, and ServiceNow.
