Identify new Process Improvement Concepts that generates savings/efficiencies, perform initial financial analysis for viability and develop project scope.
Develop constructive relations and earn the respect and confidence of team members, other site teams and vendors/suppliers in order to help enhance SI Group's reputation as a reliable company.
Develop and implement process/equipment improvements to optimize the effective capacity of each process.
Facilitate customer specification approval and reviews and technical product presentations/awareness to customers in conjunctions with Technical Service Managers. Complete timely technical call reports.
Combines knowledge of electrical principles, electrical equipment and instrumentation operation, and DCS programming and troubleshooting to solve problems.
Review major projects during development phase to ensure adequate scoping for process control requirements. Review capital cost estimates/budgets to ensure validity.
Coordinate contracted maintenance services to both support internal resources or to provide skill expertise as required.
Provide talent management for technical employees for individual career satisfaction and internal succession planning.
