Work You'll Do
Participate in SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Guide the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions and information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems. Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements by analyzing information about alternatives to determine which one will offer the best outcomes and interpret and report on outputs. Guide the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization by observing the current system in operation to gather and analyze information about each of the component problems, using a variety of sources, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation, ensuring business growth. Drive the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach by educating staff in the application of mathematical models, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Agile methodology;
• Working across all phases of the SAP Application Lifecycle Management including the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients by leveraging SAP S4/HANA, SAP Transportation Management, SAP Billing Revenue and Innovation Management, and SAP Sales & Distribution modules;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating S/4HANA Finance and Supply Chain module applications in the client's landscape;
• Leading large-scale S/4HANA Supply Chain and Finance implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and guiding client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Build, Jira, and Confluence on SAP S4/HANA modules;
• Participating in project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources by employing SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Build, Jira, and Confluence;
• Utilizing SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Build, Jira, and Confluence to support and perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
• Performing SAP S4/HANA, SAP Transportation Management, SAP Billing Revenue and Innovation Management, SAP Sales and Distribution modules, production rollouts, and providing postproduction Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Build, Jira, and Confluence.
