The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the design, targeting, launch, and measurement of marketing campaigns that drive member activation, ongoing engagement, and improved health outcomes. You will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, experimentation, and behavioral science to identify engagement opportunities, optimize incentive strategies, and deliver personalized interventions across digital and care delivery ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Care Management, and Analytics partners, you will translate data-driven insights into scalable engagement programs that increase product adoption, member retention, and measurable business impact

• Lead the sizing, targeting, launch, and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns designed to improve member outcomes and engagement.
• Develop audience segmentation, propensity models, and targeting strategies to identify members most likely to benefit from specific engagement interventions.
• Design and measure experiments, A/B tests, and incentive programs to optimize member activation, product adoption, retention, and health outcomes.
• Analyze member behavior across digital products and healthcare touchpoints to uncover opportunities to increase engagement and program effectiveness.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models that inform campaign strategy, reward structures, and personalized member experiences.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Care Management, and Operations teams to translate business objectives into analytics-driven engagement solutions.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess campaign performance, ROI, member engagement, and clinical impact.
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and performance results to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that scale successful engagement strategies at enterprise level
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and MLOps teams to operationalize targeting models and automate campaign execution and measurement
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization through data-driven decision making and behavioral science principles.

• Strong background in data science & marketing analytics
• 5+ Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery, Python, ML & statistical analysis
• 3+ Experience with experimental design, causal inference, and impact measurement.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable product or campaign strategies
