Job Overview:The Manager Commercialization, Allied Partnerships turns partner plans into in-market results for select Allied Partner brands sold through Keurig Dr Pepper's (KDP) selling system. Allied Partners are external beverage brand partners that KDP sells and distributes alongside its own portfolio.
This role is the day-to-day connection between those partners and the KDP salesforce: building the plans, tools and communications the field needs to sell in new items and programs, keeping launches on track, and working through challenges as they come up. This role will work cross-functionally with National Retail Sales (NRS), Route-to-Market (RTM), Supply Chain and Demand Planning, as well as directly with partner commercial, sales and supply teams. We are looking for an organized, analytical team player who builds strong relationships, communicates clearly to large audiences, takes full ownership of their work, and continuously looks for smarter ways to get it done.
The ideal candidate will bring 5 or more years of consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience in sales, commercial planning, category management, demand planning or sales analytics, with hands-on experience turning data into actionable recommendations. Knowledge of the beverage industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution would be considered a plus.
This role will be located in the KDP Frisco HQ office and will require up to 15% travel.

In the first year, you will own components of approximately 75 annual beverage launches, driving success across supply chain, sales and field execution.
