We are seeking an experienced marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of channel strategy, data, and customer experience. In this role, you will lead a team of marketers and own the data-driven channel strategy that moves businesses through their journey with Meta, from first discovery, change perception, to sustained adoption and retention. You will set the Channel vision for your team, influence strategy across the org, and partner closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, engineer, researcher and analytics to unlock new opportunities and remove friction in the customer journey and make channel decisions wisely. Success in this role looks like scaled, measurable impact. You will analyze data and market trends to identify where the biggest opportunities and challenges sit, design Channel strategies that work globally rather than in one market, and experiment and iterate relentlessly, then operationalize what works so the wins compound. You must be a data expert, but also know when to trust your gut. This is a leadership opportunity with real breadth.
