Position Summary...As the Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will lead a team to deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisions across functional areas. What you'll do...What you'll do: - Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value.
- Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and solution validation.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
- Oversee data analysis strategies and guide team members in applying advanced analytics for data-driven decision making.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience building and implementing data models and algorithms to drive strategic business outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with leadership and external partners.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
