Job Opportunity and Responsibilities:Stable Rock is seeking a highly collaborative, skilled and detail-oriented Manager to join and support the Accounting & CFO Services team. The ideal candidate will play an important role by preparing and analyzing financial information and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities:- Develop an understanding of a client's business and aspects of their industry.
- Client write ups and prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Review and prepare clear and concise working papers.
- Organize and consult with clients on transactional issues.
- Assist with onboarding new clients.
- Preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports.
- Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgets.
- Provide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications.
- Manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently with assigned teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and build and maintain valued-added relationships with clients and their teams.
- Contribute to special projects, as needed.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or related experience. Experience in Client Account Services is a plus.
- Certifications: CPA certification required.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ability to apply them to financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment where you can work both autonomously and, in a team-oriented setting.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
- Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically.
- Software and Technology: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge of accounting G/L software such as Xero, QuickBooks (desktop and online), NetSuite, and Sage Intacct. Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, inventory and SaaS software a plus.
Location: Hybrid (New York, NY or Elmsford, NY)
Compensation: Highly competitive all-in comp ($100,000 to $130,000)
