Summary:

The Program Analyst will coordinate working group meetings to include recording and distributing meeting minutes and documenting follow-up actions for Level 1 Material Control Program, Controlled Industrial Material (CIM), Supplier Audit Program (SAP), and Counterfeit Material (CFM) working groups. Act as the SEA 05R Security Admin Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the SEA 05R3 annual training requirements by notifying employees of the requirements, tracking completion, and filing records of completion.
  • Manage SEA 05R3 instructions, manuals, and procedures to keep them current.
  • Administrative support for subject matter experts as they draft documents, distributing documents for review, collating comments, coordinating subject matter expert comment adjudication, incorporating adjudicated comments into revised documents, and routing for final approval. Maintain the SEA 05R3 SharePoint site document library.
  • Remotely provide administrative support during Level I Certify Activity audits.
    • Using the eAudits tool to create the audit, draft audit cards, and track completion of outstanding audit cards by external commands.
  • Draft and route official correspondence for SEA 05R3 programs as directed by program managers and subject matter experts.
  • Manage SEA 05R3's response to external taskers. This includes receiving incoming tasking, distributing the tasking to reviewers, tracking completion, and providing weekly status updates.
  • Manage all Level 1 related Electronic Trouble Reports (ETRs).
    • Evaluating incoming ETR's for impact to Level 1, forwarding applicable ETRs to the Level 1 subject matter expert for review/concurrence, and providing weekly status updates of outstanding ETRs.
  • Maintain the SEA 05R SharePoint page, as a SEA 05 Admin Flankspeed, Sharepoint Online owner.
    • Creating SharePoint pages, creating links, uploading contents, and controlling access as needed.
  • Submit visit request using the Defense Information System Security (DISS) portal as needed.
  • Serve as the backup for the SEA 05R Executive Assistant.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or 6+ years of professional experience supporting the DoD
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to collaborate with team members, multi-task, and adapt to change.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with senior level Government employees.
  • Be proficient in Office 365, especially Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
