Full Job Description
The Major Account Manager is a strategic sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value relationships with major accounts. In this role, you will drive growth within the growing media and horticulture sectors by building strong partnerships and expanding market opportunities. You will play a key part in strengthening client relationships and supporting long-term commercial success across the industrial market.

Your future role
  • Maintain and strengthen existing strategic client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of value and responsiveness to evolving needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead contract negotiations, business reviews, and strategic discussions to maximize account performance and profitability
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies for major clients, including growers, mixers, and Canadian distributors accounts
  • Analyze growth and operational opportunities to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive business development identifying and securing new strategic accounts
  • Represent PTGC at customer sites and industry events, providing market intelligence and insights to support product and pricing strategies

Required skills
