Maintenance & Facilities Mgr

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as a Maintenance leader or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong focus on equipment reliability and preventative maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance strategies and procedures.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and lead a maintenance team, providing mentorship and training.
• Manage core maintenance metrics like Mean Time To Repair and Mean Time Between Failure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Implement and lead a preventive maintenance program.
