Job Description:

  • Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Applicants
  • Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus for Eligible Applicants
  • Location: Sports Medicine and Rehab 265 East Rollins Street Orlando, FL
  • Schedule: Tuesday thru Friday 7am to 6pm
  • The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $36/hour.
  • Contributes to and participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports departmental quality standards and initiatives.
  • Facilitates orientation and training for clinical staff and completes clinical competencies for all staff members.
  • Collaborates with management on clinical staff hiring, performance appraisals, and continuing education requests.
  • Coordinates in-services by clinical staff and vendors, and mentors new graduates.
  • Assists in daily operations, including clinical and service rounding, leading staff meetings, and preparing management reports.
  • Collaborates with management on clinician and technician schedules to meet patient needs. Investigates, responds to, and resolves complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Performs all duties of a Physical Therapist as per Physical Therapist job description.
  • Promotes a collaborative and supportive environment by serving as a mentor and positive role model for clinical staff and students, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence through evidence-based practice and Engaging in autonomous and collaborative participation in research, journal club/reviews, and clinical practice education within a peer group. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships. Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community Other duties as assigned.

  • 1+ professional clinical competency and commitment to treating Oncology & Lymphedema patient
