Poste et missions

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Low-Code/No-Code Software Developer to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation applications using modern low-code and no-code platforms, as well as configuring systems to meet each of our clients' unique requirements.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with cross-functional teams (including Business, Support, and Control functions) to identify automation opportunities, build and deploy robust automated solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Developer on our team, you will focus on driving efficiency and digital transformation across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, building, and delivering high-performance applications on low-code platforms, leveraging a robust SQL Server backend.
  • Collaborating closely with local and global business and IT teams to understand technical and operational needs.
  • Researching, analyzing, and mapping complex business processes to identify prime opportunities for optimization, streamlining, and automation.
  • Supporting, developing, and maintaining our existing, mission-critical asset management systems.
  • Managing multiple projects and support requests simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitating workshops and discussions with stakeholders to assist in drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and translating those business needs into clear, technical specification requirements.
  • Proactively identifying potential system bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and proposing innovative IT solutions.

Qualifications, Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you must bring a strong technical foundation combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. We are looking for:
  • Database Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and relational database design (this is an absolute must).
  • Low-Code Tooling: Proven ability to develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (including Power AI, Power Automate, and Power Apps), Alteryx, and SharePoint, all integrated with SQL Server.
  • Financial Services Industry Experience: A strong background working within a production environment supporting both "build the bank" (development) and "run the bank" (maintenance) initiatives for diverse business units. This includes Front Office, Support (Operations, Finance, and IT), and Control functions (Risk, Compliance, and Audit).
  • Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to problem identification, with a strong ability to research and investigate both basic and complex IT topics to propose viable solutions.
  • Global Collaboration: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-border team environment stretching across New York, Porto, and Paris.
  • Education: A completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience in low-code/no-code development, workflow automation, and business process modeling.
  • Technical Ecosystems: Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and development tools, such as ServiceNow (SUN), Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Git.
  • Integration & Lifecycle: A strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), APIs, SQL database queries, and system integration strategies.
  • Project Management: Foundational project management skills, including the ability to help define project scope, set objectives, track schedules, and work within established budgets.

What We Offer

At Natixis, we value our employees and provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a workplace culture that emphasizes professional growth, diversity, and inclusion. You will have the unique opportunity to work on high-visibility global projects, learn from industry leaders, and make a tangible impact on our business operations.
