JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Vice President2 6 Life and Annuity TPA business. We are seeking a transformation leader who has had significant experience in managing L&A TPA policies and helped transform operations and technology. This individual will be a conduit between the tech and ops team, will identify solutions, design and implement agentic solutions, financial controls, dashboards and reports.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ul Establish financial controls across practice
ul Work towards improving operations performance outcomes and reducing leakage
ul Help to improve implementation of agentic solutions into our operations
ul Help to create and solve for the backlog of operations automation issues
