This role is eligible for a one-time sign on bonus! Role, Responsibilities & Requirements:- An active massage therapist license in New York State is required
- Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance
- Customize treatment plans based on individual client's needs to deliver quality results
- Create an exceptional experience of healing for each guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Ability to work flexible days and hours
