Job SummaryWe are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys building steady client relationships, providing practical support, and helping clients make progress through structured, evidence-based care. You will work from a telehealth setting while maintaining accurate records, collaborating with care teams when needed, and supporting clients in a professional and meaningful way.
Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements- Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
