What you’ll be doing…As the Community Manager you will serve as a strategic individual contributor responsible for driving human engagement, brand advocacy, and employee growth marketing across the enterprise digital learning platform. Operating through an e-commerce customer acquisition mindset, you will treat the learning hub as a digital marketplace where your primary mission is to convert passive employees into active, recurring platform users, storytellers, and technology champions. This is not a traditional Learning & Development role. Sitting at the intersection of growth marketing, internal communications, community management, and event logistics, you will own the human element of our enterprise digital transformation. You will manage and grow multi-channel engagement strategies across subscriber messaging ecosystems, grassroots leadership networks, and the dedicated Community destination on our digital platform. Receiving broad guidance, you will exercise independent judgment to craft high-impact campaigns, orchestrate live broadcast events, and build vibrant peer-to-peer learning communities that inspire every employee to unlock their potential.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Designing and applying a digital marketing and growth-funnel model to track user activation, driving employee conversion from non-participants to active users, peer mentors, and innovation advocates.
- Scaling and governing the enterprise Change Agent Network by partnering with business unit leaders, developing enablement frameworks, and empowering local champions to accelerate tool adoption and workflow transformations.
- Planning, writing, and executing high-converting communications across enterprise messaging channels, dedicated email distribution lists, internal intranet banners, and socialization channels.
- Leading operational and promotional logistics for enterprise broadcast events, fireside chats, hackathons, and interactive campaign drops (e.g., skill challenges, weekly discussion prompts).
- Owning the content curation and engagement strategy for the dedicated Community destination on the learning hub, showcasing employee innovation stories, channel directories, hackathon boards, and peer use-case galleries.
- Managing the end-to-end pipeline for capturing, vetting, and publishing real employee success stories, highlighting practical workflow wins and time-reclamation metrics across corporate broadcasts, site carousels, and video channels.
- Partnering with talent leads to champion and scale the Peer Mentorship Network on enterprise talent systems, driving mentor/mentee matching, removing friction from onboarding, and showcasing peer mentoring success stories.
- Tracking and reporting community engagement metrics—including channel click-through rates, email open rates, event views, and survey sentiment —translating audience insights into continuous campaign optimization.
