JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Data and Analytics Services (CDAS) Architecture & Governance, you will drive the successful delivery of architecture governance programs that shape technology direction across CDAS. The Architecture & Governance team is responsible for setting architecture standards, common development practices, AI for tech adoption, FinOps discipline, and compliance obligations across CDAS. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical program management principles and governance frameworks is essential for keeping complex, cross-tower initiatives aligned and on track. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability will enable you to navigate ambiguity and ensure architecture decisions, compliance commitments, and OKR delivery stay visible and actioned. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships across towers and influence decision-making to achieve consistent outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans, risk management strategies, and communications programs that keep leadership and partner teams informed and aligned

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for architecture governance programs, incorporating stakeholder coordination, review cadences, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of ARB decisions, compliance milestones, and OKR commitments across CDAS
  • Own end-to-end operations of the CDAS Architecture Review Board (ARB), including setting agendas, coordinating pre-reads, facilitating sessions, capturing decisions and action items, and driving closure across submission cycles
  • Coordinate adherence to technology architecture and design control standards across CDAS, supporting evidence collection, gap remediation tracking, and audit-readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CDAS towers to drive adoption of common development standards and AI for tech engineering practices, tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and reporting adoption status to leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound architecture queries and review requests from peer towers within CDAS, ensuring timely triage, routing, and follow-through aligned with CDAS standards
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate governance planning and risk synthesis, consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID logs, and executive-ready updates, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
  • Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across architecture governance, maintaining living documentation including playbooks, templates, and decision frameworks
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology programs in a large organization
  • Demonstrated experience running architecture governance, review boards, or technology steering committees, including agenda management, decision tracking, and stakeholder facilitation
  • Experience supporting technology compliance or controls programs, including tracking obligations, coordinating evidence, and working with audit or risk teams to maintain standards adherence
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior technology leaders
  • Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
