ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of wireless/RF engineers
- Design and develop wireless/RF systems and products
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross functional teams
- Conduct system level analysis and optimization
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Stay updated with the latest wireless/RF technologies and industry trends
Report to: Director of Engineering
Work location: San Jose, CA
Work shift: M-F, 9/80 after 90 days
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wireless RF engineering with a Bachelor's; minimum of 8 years of experience with Master's degree and minimum of 6 years of experience with a PhD
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and RF design principles
- Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools
- Experience with wireless protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Salary Range: $158,000 - $199,000. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
U.S. SECURITY CLEARANCEThis position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM.)
