Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven products, services, or features by understanding the needs of product users. Identify business opportunities and key issues in the content publishing, moderation and recommended traffic distribution process, setting traffic adjustment goals, and implementing strategies to enhance user experience. Design an objective evaluation system and corresponding methods for strategies and goals. Analyze complex technologies and use cases to produce meaningful technical insights that drive product development and influence the product development roadmap. Manage the distribution of international short video content, including but not limited to cross-border traffic distribution, multi-business traffic distribution, and cross--business traffic balance. Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. algorithm engineers, e-commerce product teams, or ecommerce operations) to build and iterate on recommendation strategy effectiveness. Qualifications Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Product Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Product Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Product management experience in content search, recommendation systems or content discovery; Performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment; Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning; Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results); Using Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker, SQL, Python, or R to derive data relationships, insights and monitor KPIs; and Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and/or status documents.
