Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Inventories & Campaigns: Maintain complex customer inventories, campaign portfolios, and execution plans. Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive actions to support operational readiness and successful outcomes.
- Analyze Business Performance & Customer Data: Evaluate customer, operational, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop Tools & Process Improvements: Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to define requirements and support the development of tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions that improve execution and data management.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, PMO, Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and ensure successful program execution.
- Support Customer Experience Improvements: Gather customer and operational feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes, execution strategies, and customer outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs, projects, or business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights, strategic recommendations, and operational actions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities within large and complex datasets. Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing large customer inventories, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities.
- Experience analyzing business performance and customer data to develop insights, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Knowledge
- Knowledge of Wireline products, customer lifecycle management, service migrations, or transformation programs.
- Experience in Care, AFO, operational support, service delivery, or customer-facing organizations.
- Experience working with large customer datasets, campaign management processes, or operational reporting environments.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, or similar analytical platforms.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor27s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience
