Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on environmental engineering, water/wastewater treatment, and civil infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario.
• At least 10 years of experience in water/wastewater and municipal infrastructure design and construction.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to meet physical and environmental requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Create process engineering designs and select equipment for water and wastewater systems.
• Prepare engineering documentation including calculations, P&IDs, and hydraulic models.
• Write technical specifications, design reports, and construction cost estimates.
• Lead project engineering efforts, collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Work with drafting teams to develop engineering drawings and 3D BIM models.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders for effective project execution.
• Support construction activities, including site inspections and troubleshooting.
• Manage project scope, quality, and client relationships, with support from senior management.
