Responsibilities:
The Clinical Team Lead helps to ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized therapeutic services for pediatric patients while providing leadership and guidance to the therapy team. This role serves as both a clinician and a mentor, facilitating the clinical development of newer therapists, improving patient care outcomes, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the practice.
- Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process.
- Train, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to occupational therapy staff.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care.
- Foster an environment that promotes communication, positivity, and accountability.
- Assist in developing and refining therapy programs, activities, and resources tailored to the needs of pediatric patients.
- Assist families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.
- Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children.
- Timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
- Pediatric Therapy Experience (3 years preferred for this position)
- PT/OT Degree with active license in the United States (will need to obtain license in Hawaii)
- Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.

Salary Description
$80,000 - $85,000, plus bonus
