We're currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about improving quality of life through personalized, in-home and community-based therapy.
What You'll Do
Provide occupational therapy services in clients' homes and senior living communities
Complete initial evaluations and follow-up assessments, including fall-risk screenings
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Represent our organization at community wellness events and outreach programs
What We're Looking For
Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
At least 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Comfortable engaging in community outreach and presentations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
