Lead Registered NurseWhat We're Looking For
The ideal Lead Registered Nurse is a strategic healthcare leader who blends advanced clinical expertise with strong business acumen. You serve as both a medical authority and a mentor, elevating the nursing team through training, coaching, and professional development. You understand how quality care directly drives sustainable business growth, and you excel at bridging clinical excellence with operational success.
This is a
client-facing retail healthcare environment, not a traditional bedside nursing role. Success requires the ability to educate clients, confidently recommend appropriate wellness services, and contribute to studio growth through ethical, consultative sales. Candidates who enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and helping clients invest in their health will thrive in this position.
You are a mentor and developer, committed to supporting both nurses and front desk staff in building knowledge and confidence. With your systems-focused approach, you ensure compliance, safety, and smooth medical operations. Most importantly, you champion an environment where client care is exceptional, staff are empowered, accountability is expected, leadership is demonstrated by example, and performance goals are consistently achieved.
Strong leadership is an essential quality for this role. The ideal candidate leads with integrity, professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence while inspiring others to consistently perform at a high level.
