Ability to read and interpret the following is required: Technical manuals; Blueprints; Electrical and mechanical schematics; Ladder logic.
Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, CMMS, or maintenance software).
Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is required.
Technical degree or equivalent technical certifications preferred.
Specialized training in automation or controls, and experience with Auxiliary equipment (compressors, chillers, dryers, etc.); Material handling systems; and Fanuc robots (programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance) preferred.
Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
Ability to evaluate equipment performance and develop long-term maintenance strategies preferred.
The expected hourly rate for this position is $46/hour + $3/hour shift differential. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
