What You'll Be DoingAs a
Lead Journeyman Plumber Foreman, you'll lead crews and ensure the successful installation of commercial plumbing systems from the ground up.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and leading a team of 2-4 apprentices on commercial new construction and retrofit projects
- Coordinating installations to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Ensuring all plumbing work meets industry codes and best practices
- Inspecting installations and troubleshooting potential issues before they become problems
- Working alongside contractors to streamline project execution
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
What You Bring to the Table- 6-8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2-4 years in a Lead / Foreman role
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively
- Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Commitment to safety & compliance with all local and state regulations
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
