The OpportunityJoin Adobe's GTM Finance Global HQ team as a Lead Financial Analyst and become a key FP&A partner to our business. You'll drive data-driven decisions, strategic insights, and support Adobe's Field Organization with seamless delivery across outlook, annual planning, and high-profile workstreams. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, executive communications, and strategic analysis alongside a team at the forefront of leading AI adoption across GTM Finance.
What You'll Do- Drive outlook, long-range planning (LRP), and QRF strategy for Adobe Enterprise Topline, ensuring forecasts are accurate, timely, and based on a clear understanding of the business.
- Partner closely with sales, sales strategy and operations, and regional finance teams to surface risk and opportunity early, strategically set targets and KPIs and build benchmarks.
- Produce well-crafted executive reports and insights that convert complex data into clear narratives that empower decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards to enable automated, self-serve access to real-time financial information.
- Plug into and help build the broader automation strategy, finding opportunities to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis workflows.
- Develop solid, positive connections with partners across regions, business units, and functions to encourage alignment and mutual objectives; assist in conversations about budget priorities, return on investment, and go-to-market plans.
What you need to succeed- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, conquer roadblocks, and ruthlessly prioritize. . An MBA/Masters or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- PowerPoint skills, ability to combine intricate, cross-departmental information into coherent stories for executive audiences. Clear and effective communicator, able to present data in a way that encourages executive action.
- Proven relationship builder, able to influence and align collaborators across regions, business units, and functions.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with large, complex data sets; strong SQL skills and comfortable operating with new AI tools.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong data storytelling skills.
- Strong self-starter with a bias toward action and a track record of delivering business insights that have built strategy.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 -- $243,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $168,400 - $243,850
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
