Role Overview:The Lead Camstar Developer will be responsible for managing programs within Manufacturing domains, specifically focusing on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a strong emphasis on Siemens Camstar / Siemens Opcenter Core platform. This role involves complete lifecycle implementation of MES, hands-on development, and leading project efforts to ensure quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, Code, and Develop CIO / MIO Maps and Workflows in Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar.
- Provide support by solving tickets and incidences as a team member.
- Understand user requirements and processes to facilitate effective solutions.
- Oversee the overall site implementation of Camstar.
- Responsible for distributing work among team members.
- Manage programs for Manufacturing domains, particularly in MES.
- Ensure the overall quality of delivery on assigned projects.
- Lead the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model.
Required Skills:- Proven experience managing programs for Manufacturing domains in MES, preferably with Siemens Camstar / Siemens Opcenter Core platform.
- Complete life cycle implementation experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar Designer.
- Hands-on experience in Camstar Portal development.
- Good understanding of COA/ CIO / MIO interface connectivity.
- Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes.
- Experience with large, global projects.
- Experience in Camstar Upgrade.
- Experience in leading requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model.
- Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of interfaces with Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI.
- Fair understanding of computer system and manufacturing validations process.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Essential skill: CAMSTAR (EIS).
- Skills: Camstar (Siemens Opcenter).
Qualifications:- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
