Position Overview

The Land Development Engineering lead for the Orlando (ORL) metro will spearhead the growth, direction, and performance of McAdams' Land Development Design practice. This leader will build and sustain strong relationships with private developers, municipal partners, and key regional stakeholders across Central Florida, while leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

As Lead, you'll be accountable for operational excellence, project delivery quality, and business development results, ensuring consistent execution aligned with McAdams' standards, culture, and long-term strategic objectives. This role also champions talent development-coaching, mentoring, and expanding the team to support growth, elevate technical excellence, and strengthen McAdams' presence in the ORL market.
