What you'll do:
Proactively maintain and improve automated trading systems
Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to developers on areas of improvement
Investigate trade sequences to refine and improve strategies
Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability
Work across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performance
Qualifications and skills:
Previous experience trading (1-2 years) with a proven track record of success managing an options market making book and maintaining/improving automated trading systems
BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence
Strong python programming skills
