What you'll do:- Proactively maintain and improve automated trading systems
- Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to developers on areas of improvement
- Investigate trade sequences to refine and improve strategies
- Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability
- Work across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performance
Qualifications and skills:- Previous experience trading (1-2 years) with a proven track record of success managing an options market making book and maintaining/improving automated trading systems
- BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence
- Strong python programming skills
