Job DescriptionThis OpportunityWSP is seeking a Junior Project Controls Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in Glastonbury. This is a hybrid position.
Your Impact Job Duties:
- Assisting Senior schedulers in reviewing contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents
- Tracking and verifying progress against baseline schedules
- Supporting critical path analysis and schedule quality reviews
- Collecting and validating schedule progress information from contractors, inspectors, and project team members
- Preparing schedule updates, progress narratives, and graphical reports (Gantt charts, histograms)
- Supporting "What-If" and recovery schedule scenarios
- Assisting with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews
- Developing planning schedules and resource/cost loading concepts
- Participating in schedule review meetings and collaborating with project teams
- Schedule / Progress Reporting
Who You AreMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, project controls, scheduling, inspection, field engineering, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Field construction, inspection, or transportation infrastructure experience is a plus
- Completion of Primavera P6 coursework or pursuit of AACE/PMI certifications is a plus
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $85,800-100,080/yr
