Job Purpose & Responsibilities:- Perform conformity assessments of Elo hardware and software products against applicable EU cybersecurity regulations (CRA, RED-DA), including mapping product features and processes to essential requirements and preparing supporting technical documentation
- Support cybersecurity best practices during New Product Introduction (NPI) and production, working cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams
- Help build and maintain Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs) and support basic vulnerability identification and tracking processes
- Support Elo's broader security and regulatory efforts as they evolve (NIS2, CER, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements for engineering and business stakeholders
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by manager
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, EE, or related technical field
Preferred Qualifications:- CompTIA Security+ certification or similar
- ISO 27001 or IEC 62443 audit experience
- Familiarity with one or more of: IEC 62443, ETSI EN 303 645, ISO/SAE 21434, or EN 18031/RED cybersecurity requirements
Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:- Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts in HW and SW
- Ability to independently interpret security regulations/frameworks
- Clear technical writing and documentation
Physical Demands- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to physically setup, operate, interact with Elo hardware and software for testing and evaluation
- Ability to travel domestically

Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $83,700.00 - $123,700.00 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
