JOB DESCRIPTION

ThePractice Management and Advisor Development teamis responsible for delivering subject matter expertise on all practice management concepts that ultimately help advisors service their clients and continue to grow their business.Wesupport both leaders and advisors in the branch and in the centralized advisor centers.This is a highly visible team with extensive interaction with senior management across all functions and Lines of Business to drive meaningful change across the business.

The Advisor Development Teamsupports the development of branch based advisors through a national new hire framework. Practice management concepts are the foundation of the new hire framework and is complemented with dedicated coaching, leadership alignment, milestone completion and compensation.

Job Summary

TheDivisional Program Lead for the Advisor Growth Program (AGP)is responsible for developing Private Client Advisors at scale through the delivery of practice management concepts, tools, and structured development experiences.

The Divisional Program Lead partners closely with field leadership and divisional stakeholders to translate divisional priorities into a clear, forward-looking development strategy that supports strong business outcomes acrossmarkets, regions, and divisions. With direct exposure to the field, this individual identifies themes, capability gaps, and growth opportunities, and uses those insights to influence program design, messaging, and execution in partnership with field and home office leaders.

The role also requires strongpublic speaking and facilitation skills, including presenting and leading discussions forlarge audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee AGP Advisor Performance:Track advisor progress and program outcomes, assessing alignment to divisional priorities and identifying opportunities to improve impact.
  2. Deliver Large-Group Presentations & Facilitate Development:Lead engaging, high-impact sessionsvirtually and in personfor large audiences (often100+participants).
  3. Design and Execute Learning & Development Initiatives:Plan and deliver scalable development experiences (e.g., national calls, workshops, assessments, Immersion programming) to strengthen advisor capability.
  4. Partner with Field Leadership:Equip market, regional, and divisional leaders with consistent practice management tools, messaging, and frameworks to reinforce development at scale.
  5. Provide Program Updates to Stakeholders:Deliver clear, timely updates and performance readouts to divisional leadership and key partners, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations
  6. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate across partner teams to align resources, remove barriers, and deliver a cohesive advisor development experience
  7. Support Strategic Planning for Advisor Development:Contribute to forward-looking divisional plans, translating business goals into actionable program strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
  8. Ensure Alignment to Divisional Objectives:Maintain strong linkage between advisor development activities and broader divisional objectives, ensuring initiatives remain relevant and outcome focused

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
