Senior leadership experience in Medicare ACO operations (executive director, COO, VP of ACO operations or similar)
Working knowledge of the Medicare Shared Savings Program
Direct accountability for financial results, shared savings and quality performance
Experience managing physician relationships and a distributed team
Willingness to travel to participating states
Preferred
Experience with skilled nursing, nursing home or other institutional Medicare populations
Multistate operations experience
Familiarity with CMS reconciliation, risk adjustment and claims analytics
Experience moving an owner-run organization to professional management
What you'll get
Remote work from anywhere in the U.S.
An operating ACO and a founder who wants you running it
Base salary of $225,000 to $275,000, plus a share of ACO savings (terms discussed during the interview process)
