• Define technical strategy, architectural direction, and engineering standards for enterprise applications.
• Drive modernization initiatives involving legacy systems, distributed architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted software development and guide engineering teams in adopting Generative AI throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate AI-assisted development workflows into implementation, code reviews, testing, automation, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Design and guide the development of enterprise applications using Java, the Spring Framework, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Support highly available, high-volume financial transaction platforms requiring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and influence software engineering standards and practices.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT models, Gemini, and related technologies.
• Guide the adoption of agentic workflows, spec-driven development, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development frameworks.
• Support application deployment and delivery through CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Agile methodologies.
