What You'll LeadClinic Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily clinic operations, workflow, and team execution
- Set the tone for professionalism, culture, and client care
- Track KPIs and implement action plans for growth
- Ensure alignment with company standards and initiatives
Client Experience & Wellness- Build a relationship-driven client culture
- Coach the team on consultations, education, and service recommendations
- Support client retention, rebooking, memberships, and long-term engagement
- Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Clinical Quality & Safety- Ensure safe and effective IV therapy administration
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation
- Support staff with clinical guidance as needed
- Uphold physician orders and company policies
Note: Clinical oversight and medical responsibility remain with the Medical Director.
Team Development- Hire, train, and develop clinic staff
- Lead performance through coaching, accountability, and clear expectations
- Build a high-performance culture centered on client care and growth
- Support professional development and future leadership pathways
Business Growth- Drive memberships, packages, and wellness services
- Support local marketing, outreach, and community engagement
- Use KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Qualifications- Active RN license (required)
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
- 2-5 years infusion or vascular access experience
- 2+ years leadership or management experience
- Experience in client-focused or relationship-based environments preferred

Working Conditions- 8-12 hour shifts
