Job Title: IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (multiple positions available)

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages.
Expectations and Tasks:
Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Represent SAP to customers. Design the required infrastructure setup (SAP and non-SAP technology, database, operating systems, network environment, storage technology, security related topics, etc.). Perform sizing of the required hardware. Support the setup of the required infrastructure. Provide support and consult on implementation projects and internal customers. Develop operating and security concepts that guarantee the operations compliance of the underlying infrastructure setup including the new solution. Prepare and handover the project landscapes including operating and security concepts to the corresponding technology hubs. Perform system owner related tasks if required. Support projects driven by Global IT for which the necessary infrastructure layout as well as operations concepts need to be developed. Serve as an interface between the Project/Program Managers of the Application organization', the 'Infrastructure organization' and the SAP Development organization.
Qualifications
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:
3/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools;
SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors;
Analyzing customer technical requirements, coordinating with experts from ECS Delivery team and driving those topics to resolution to customer's satisfaction;
Understanding customer landscape managed within ECS and interdependencies between systems (both within ECS and beyond);
Owning customer landscape and advising on critical and complex landscape changes during life cycle management;
Analyzing ECC, S/4 HANA data footprint, including server downsizing and upsizing;
Designing and implementing SAP applications and Databases, with focus on High Availability and disaster recovery concepts; and
Cloud Administration - Hyperscaler using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Certification Required: SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade.
Travel: Position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated customer sites to participate in onsite customer QBR and strategic planning sessions.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $127,525 - $216,128. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $144,500 - $245,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
