WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with Navien or the tankless industry. They are experienced at implementing IT systems and business models. This person must have solid computer software and IT background, demonstrating high skill and proficiency in the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized information to computer systems analysis, programming, and/or software engineering. They must also be able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure situations. This person dives into the details while always keeping the future IT directions. The IT System Team Lead should be capable of and regularly exercising discretion and independent judgement in situations that require high-level intellectual and/or creative work, including brainstorming and problem-solving. In addition, this person must be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision, have a positive attitude, be resourceful, and enthusiastic.
Responsibilities:- Lead the daily operation of the IT Systems team
- Support and maintain SAP ERP, and business applications such as WMS, help desk system
- Coordinate system projects, improvement, and ERP troubleshooting with Korea HQ
- Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications and analyze business logic's, requirements, and recommend system upgrades and enhancements
- Manage system implementations, testing, documentation, and user education based on or related to user and/or system design specifications
- Test systems and troubleshoot IT issues at a high level to coordinate with business partners, developers, and Korea HQ, to determine appropriate scale modifications after comparing and evaluating alternatives and in light of specific user or system needs
- Support system integrations, reporting/documenting, and business IT process automation
- Ensure timely system support while maintaining system reliability and performance
Requirements:This is not an entry-level or training position. Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Expertise in theoretical and practical application of highly specialized information to computer systems analysis, programming, or software engineering
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on SAP ERP consulting, development, or support experience
- Experience in business model development or project management with various tools
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications such as WMS, CRM, or help desk systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills
- Excellent judgment and confidence in regularly exercising it without close supervision
- Experience coordinating IT projects and business models with various teams and users
- Fluent in both Korean/English (written and spoken) is required to communicate with Korea HQ
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution in corporate operations
- Experience with SAP modules in SD, MM, FI, and CO, and business processes
- Experience in IT development, system design, or database management
- Knowledge of SQL, database, Microsoft Power Platform, and system integration
- Experience leading IT projects management and supervising technical staff
- Experience and collaboration skills within a global organization with Korean HQ
